Our Warranty Commitment

Your Integrity Homes Warranty Program

First Year of Occupancy

Integrity Homes warrants that for a period of one year your home will be free from defects in materials and workmanship (with the exception of landscape material).

Years One and Two

Integrity Homes warrants that for a period of two years, specific portions of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system, and the electrical and plumbing systems will be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials. With respect to fixtures, appliances, and equipment that are part of these systems, the warranty is for two years or the manufacturers warranty, whichever is less.

Years One Thru Ten

Integrity Homes, via the Professional Warranty Service Corporation, warrants that for a period of ten years that your home is protected against loss resulting from Major Structural Defects.

Through our relationship with Professional Warranty Corporation (PWC), we back our homes with an express 10-year warranty provided by one of America's largest insurance companies, Zurich US, which is rated A by A.M. Best, the leading independent insurance company rating service.

When You Sell Your Home...

In the event you decide to sell your home, that decision will NOT affect the remaining years of our limited warranty. The new owner simply completes an assignment form that is included in the warranty documents.

Warranty Process

Your Integrity Homes Warranty Program begins the day you move in and continues for up to 10 years.

During the warranty period, Integrity Homes will always endeavor to respond to your needs quickly, efficiently, and courteously. Your Integrity Homes Warranty Program includes two pre-established review periods that enable you to communicate warranty items.

1-Year Review

Prior to your one year anniversary our Customer Care team will again schedule a visit to your home to address any concerns you may have. At this time, we also provide our homeowners with a “Drywall Certificate”, which is designed to repair any settlement related drywall issues that are common during the first year of new home ownership.

Service Request

All requests for service in your home must be submitted in writing. The Warranty Request may be mailed, faxed, e-mailed or submitted via our online Warranty Request Form. When repairs are necessary, Integrity Homes personnel and our subcontractors will need to access your home during normal working hours.
